Why people call me
instead of a big company

I run a small, local practice on purpose. Here's what that means for you.

One person, start to finish

You talk to me. Not a call center, not a rotating cast of technicians. I know your setup because I'm the one who worked on it last time.

Plain English, always

I explain what's going on in words that make sense. I make sure you understand what's happening and why.

Fast and flexible

I respond quickly, show up quick, and work around your schedule. Most issues get looked at within the week.

Trustworthy and careful

Your data and privacy matter. I treat your devices and information the way I'd want mine treated — carefully and honestly.

I come to you

Most of the time I work at your home or office. No need to haul everything to a store and wait a week.

No pressure, no surprises

I'll tell you what it costs before I start. If something isn't worth fixing, I'll say so.

What I can help with

From everyday computer problems to website projects for small businesses, these are the issues I help people solve most often.

Computer support

When a computer is slow, freezing, throwing errors, or just not behaving the way it should, I track down the cause and get it working reliably again.

  • Startup and performance problems
  • Software errors and update issues
  • Printer, scanner, and accessory setup
  • Backups and file recovery

Wi-Fi and networking

If your internet is unreliable, weak in certain rooms, or confusing to set up, I can improve coverage, connection quality, and day-to-day reliability.

  • Router and mesh Wi-Fi setup
  • Dead zone and signal troubleshooting
  • Basic network security checks
  • Smart TVs and device connection issues

New computer setup

A new computer, phone, or tablet should feel exciting, not overwhelming. I can handle the setup and make sure everything important comes over cleanly.

  • Computer, tablet, and phone setup
  • Email, accounts, and app sign-in
  • File, photo, and contact transfer
  • Printer and accessory connection

Virus and malware cleanup

Pop-ups, scam warnings, weird browser behavior, or a computer that suddenly feels off can all be signs something is wrong. I can clean it up and help prevent it from happening again.

  • Malware and adware removal
  • Browser reset and cleanup
  • Security software checkup
  • Safer settings and habits

Small business websites

If your business needs a website that looks professional, loads quickly, and is easy to manage, I build straightforward sites that help people find and trust you.

  • New brochure-style website builds
  • Updates and refreshes for existing sites
  • Domain, hosting, and email setup
  • Contact forms and Google Business help

General tech help

Some problems do not fit a neat category. If you are stuck, comparing options, or not even sure what to ask for, I can help you sort out the next step.

  • Buying advice before you spend money
  • Help choosing internet or equipment
  • One-on-one tutoring and walkthroughs
  • Tech triage when you are not sure where to start

How it works

No complicated process. Just three straightforward steps.

Start with step one
1

Reach out

Call, text, or email me. Tell me what's going on even if you're not sure how to describe it. I'll ask the right questions.

2

I assess the problem

Sometimes I can help over the phone. If not, I'll come to you. I'll figure out what's wrong and explain your options before any work starts.

3

We get it fixed

I do the work, test everything, and make sure you're comfortable with the result. Questions later? I'm a phone call away.

Who I work with

Homeowners & families

If something sketchy got downloaded on the family computer, or you want to set up network monitoring for extra peace of mind, I can help.

Older adults

Judgment-free help. I explain things clearly and at your pace. No question is a bad question.

Small business owners

Websites, email setup, network issues, and day-to-day tech problems - without needing a full IT department.

Remote workers

Common questions

If yours isn't here, just ask, I'm happy to answer directly. :)

Do you come to my home?

Yes. Most of my work is done on-site at your home or office. I come to you so you don't have to disconnect anything or take a trip to a repair shop.

Do you work with small businesses?

Absolutely. I help small businesses with websites, networking, computer issues, email setup, and general technology consulting. Get in touch to discuss your needs.

Do you work on both Macs and PCs?

Yes, I work on both. I also help with phones, tablets, routers, printers, and other connected devices.

Can you help remotely?

Sometimes. For certain issues, I can help over the phone or through a remote screen-sharing session. We'll figure out the best approach when you reach out.

How much does it cost?

$75 for the first hour, $50 for each additional hour for any "general service." I charge fair rates for honest work, and I'll tell you if something isn't worth the cost to fix.

How quickly can you come out?

I usually respond within a few hours and can schedule most visits within the week. If it's urgent, let me know and I'll do my best.

What if I'm not sure what the problem is?

That's completely fine, most people aren't. Just tell me what's happening in your own words and I'll figure it out. That's literally my job.

What if the problem goes away?

If the probelm resolves itself, or if something comes up, feel free to cancel anytime. No commitments or fees.
